Northern CT Posse 2016 Fall Ride
Sunday, October 23, 2016. 
Here we go again. Mount up for another fun-filled fall day. We will meet in the Best Buy parking lot at 95 Elm Street, Enfield, CT (Exit 48 off I-91).
We will be leaving at 8:00 am sharp. I would suggest arriving around 7:30 as we will have a drivers meeting beforehand.
For those needing a bite or coffee, there is Denny's, Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds right there, too.
Athough I am not disclosing this new, entirely different, exciting route, it is promised to be a long day filled with scenic views, nice roads and a number of fun stops. The total ride will be approximately 195 miles (plus your commute) through three states. The pre-planned buffet lunch at a local brewery will be $20/head (which includes tax and tip). Your drinks are extra
. I will be collecting the $20 cash from each at the morning drivers meeting. There also might be a $6/car parking charge at one of the stops. The ride should wrap up around 5:00 pm in East Granby, CT. 
Please be fully gassed up. Check your tire pressures and fluid levels. I will provide route maps. GPS units are helpful, too. Bring cash for the lunch, tastes and parking. You may want to pack some snacks and cold drinks, as lunch will be later in the day (2 ish). Bring walkie-talkies if you have them. An empty cooler may be needed to hold your home-made baked goods and wines, etc.
THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. You can wash the Vette when you get home. No daily driver replacements due to inclement weather. I need a firm head count for the lunch, so if you sign up, you are going.

Sadly we will miss our friends and the premier ride of the year as our vacation plans have changed and we'll be on our way to Florida the 23rd.
Looking forward to the pic's and another blockbuster JeffJob Production. We wish everyone good weather, safe travels and what's sure to be an outstanding day

No problem Dave. Scratch me off the list. I wouldn't want to be the only non-vette on the run . Also some participants understandably might take exception to a non Corvette on the ride. Have a great cruise,and see you all at the dyno day in the Spring.
