Robert Chevrolet in Hicksville has always been accommodating. So much so that I decided to buy my 2nd at their dealership. Good service department.

Who is Robert Chevrolet's Corvette tech? I used to have my Pontiac serviced there, but I got tired of leaving it there for days at a time before they would look at it, even though I had made an appointment. Which is a shame because Robert is the closest dealership to where I live/work.

I use Huntington Chevrolet, which came highly recommended from some members of a local Vette Club. Ask for Eric their Corvette tech. They also service my Pontiac...

I'm actually sitting in sunrise chevrolet in queens right now and will be posting my review a bit later. I will tell you however that so far I'm more than pleased with the treatment I've recieved. Stay very far away from Paul Conte Chevy they are disgusting!!!

What is the issue with Atlantic ?

I bought my Z06 from Atlantic, only had 2 Oil Changes done there, no issue. I was told they have 2 Corvette Techs on staff.. I need to schedule the Air Bag recall to get fixed..

I'm out Eastern Long Island, but the dealers out east do not seem to be good with vetts..

I agree...I too bought my Z06 from McMulkin and was recommended Atlantic Chevy who have been terrific with my car. I dont get much done other than oil change and the recall but they have been rock solid for me.

They're great besides being total hacks and thieves.
When I brought an 09 Malibu they changed the agreed price in the paper work and tried to get me to sign it.

When I had taken my Vette there for an oil change they cracked my rocker panel lifting it. Then they must have used the wrong size wrench on the plugs, rounding them to an extent. They also over filled the oil by a quarter and had Oil spilled on the fender and dripping off the plugs. If you don't like your car they are the perfect dealer..

I too am looking for a service department either in Brooklyn or Long Island. It doesn't help I bought my Z used from a Maserati dealership lol. I refuse to go to Kristal Auto Mall which is the Chevy near me in Brooklyn. They threw me for a loop and continue to anytime I need work on my Silverado. I need to set up the airbag recall and go over a few other issues I am having. Any on the Island closest to Brooklyn/Queens recommended?

One option is the Vette Doctors in Amityville. Main problem with them though, is they are closed on the weekends. That's why I am also needing to find a good place to go for basic maintenance stuff.

Yes, they do. I had a GM extended warranty on a C5 Z06 I used to own and they did the warranty work.
