Default Cam upgrade and replacing OEM balancer on C5...shop suggestions?

If I am looking for a good shop to replace the OEM balancer (currently has very slight wobble--probably good for 4-5 more years but might replace in the next few months and do cam install/upgrade at the same to save on labor costs), what would be a really good shop to do this maintenance at a "reasonable" rate? I'm not looking for the shop that will do it the cheapest, but I'm also not looking to pay a ridiculous amount of money just because of a name. I live right outside of Philadelphia but would be willing to drive it to a really good Corvette shop anywhere in Ohio, PA, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, New York (except in NYC itself due to ridiculous traffic), CT, Rhode Island, Mass, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Maine. I'm searching for a value...a shop where it will be done, be done well, and they will charge me but not rip me off. The more suggestions the better so I can look into all my available options.

I use Second Street Speed:
109 S 2nd St
Perkasie, Pennsylvania
(215) 257-3724

There are posts October 15-16, 2015 were he worked on C5s:

One of the few places that I found over that last 40 years that I trust and he does quality work. Less than an hour from Philadelphia.

I'm taking my car there next month for a clutch and bellhousing upgrade.

There are several good shops in the Phila area, I have been using the same one since 1980, email me and I will tell you who has worked on my Corvette's and other performance cars.

Don did the Supercharger and tune for me. He also did all the tuning work on my 2000 SS Camaro.
