If you have ever been in traffic court on Staten Island you would know everyone is guilty. There arent any judges just tax collectors. :rolleyes:

:iagree: it is pathetic, they aren't "real " judges they are administrative law judeges, meaning lawyers traiined in traffic law. it is nearly impossible to win there I have seen many a person lose with a lawyer, there is no plea bargain like in other places, since this isn't real court it is held in a room in the local DMV office. :cuss the system is borderline criminal if you ask me. I have seen cops sign other cops name, not all officers be present etc and still judge simply goes guilty. :mad

Speeding. He’s had a bad luck of a few speeding tickets lately, so he needs to try to beat it. :(

I disagree, the nyc admin law judges are to liberal, at least in Queens they are. As a LEO, I have lost cases on STUPID sh|t, Like "I am not familiar with that intersection", or " Officer, you did not state if there were any shrubs on the sidewalk near the stopsign the deft. supposedly ran". Those courts are a joke, its for the kangaroos.
