Thought I would confirm what we all expected about Mark's Cruise tonight. It has been cancelled yet again due to the soggy field from all this weekend's rain. One of these days it will dry out enough to hold the event. :rolleyes:

I also thought I would mention another smaller cruise night held at Bart's in Windsor, Ct. on Wednesday nights. This is a much smaller cruise but it's in a nice location, the parking is all paved, they have a DJ as well as a restaurant and picnic tables. It's on Route 159 just north of the center of Windsor on the left hand side going North. We may try for this one if the weather holds out.

it is sooo frustrating that it rains EVERY Freakin' time before this show which is truly a great show to attend. it's been over a month and i can't wait to go back there to see some nice cars, meet forum members and hang out.

hopefully we can go back soon.

The way the weather went tonight (we've had thunderstorms and lightening since 6pm) it wouldn't have worked out even without the soggy field. We were doing some polishing work and I guess I couldn't hear the phone ring.

Maybe it will be okay for Bart's on Wednesday and let's hope next Monday works out better for Mark's.

Well, i think todays sudden heat/humitidy had something to do with the sudden showers. I was working on a 5.0 mustang i look up half the sky is dark, decide to lay some primer on the bare metal spots, bring my dads car in.. sure enough torential downpour over my house :skep:

And don't forget Amarante's on Tuesday nights. It is Corvette only, on the water in E-Staven. Tonights the first night and I'm goin' :yesnod:
