Got asked to leave Infineon on Wednesday night. 11.46 did the trick. The NO2 will just be for car shows. "LOL" Cam, Heads and an -10 underdrive pulley will be in by this afternoon.

Chuck, you've been flirting with getting booted for weeks. Natalie ran under 10.50 but went unnoticed not too long ago. Oh well, time for a 5point. Willie

Cam and heads should have been done today but Fremont Chevy sent the wrong head gaskets to Ditto Motors. Won't even take them back because the package was opened. Let me see I miss a $225 HPDE at Infineon tomorrow, Ditto's has to pay for a part that was not correct and Fremont Chevy plays the "We sent you the wrong part and it tough s**t because you opened the package" game.

Hey Fremont Chevy you made the mistake - Now Man-Up.

Steve

I'm picking the car up today. The cage is done; the heads and cam are in; the electric cutouts have been completed.

Will run it this Wednesday night @ Infineon to see what it can do.

NO2 on hold until we see if I'm man enough for the car.

Is the cage done?

EDIT: I guess I needed to read it twice.

Default Let's go racing July 3rd

I just wanted to get this back to the top.
We will have a couple of Vette only lanes at this Summit ET points race scheduled on July 3.
Geogia has promised Trophys for the vettes and we will race against vettes only. I thought we could run two or three brackets depending on how varied we are.
We could run two or three brackets if they were, unlimited Bracket 1 with roll bars (10.0 to11.49), Bracket 2, (11.50 to 12.5) and Bracket 3, (12.5 and slower).
But we would probably need more sign ups.
Perhaps we just run brackets and have trophys for semi and finalist. That would be 1-4 place
I plan to have a reaction time pool again and we will secure a little pit area for just Corvettes.

Please update me if you plan to attend, I want to start planning brackets.

Chris I will talk to everyone again, but when you are in most people don't want to waste their money! Of course maybe getting you into the R/T pool will beep you out of the big trophy!

Let's bring a bunch of food hang out and PARTY!

For Bracket 3, you need to allow "12.5 and slower". There are a lot of C4/C5 cars that are slower than 13.5

Sign me up! I'm bringing my '65 Vette jalopy! Anyone going Friday night to camp out? I may take my RV and trailer the car.
