iv been trying to figure that out as well, my only guess is possibly no because of the new trees that are there. Those trees in the new pick aren't young in fact old trees but they could get that big in that amount of time.

That's very cool but the bridge looks closer in the old picture.

I am not sure that is the exact same spot.

The angle of the bridge in the 2 pics is incredibly close, so if this isn't the exact spot it's darn close.

If you crop the 2nd pic and overlay it with the first, you'll see how close.
