Matt Gower at GP Tuning tuned my vette and my other vette buddies. Matt knows his profession. He tuned my vette a year ago and today my vette is running strong. PM me if you want his cell phone number.

Rick's the real deal. Wish he had a Livermore shop a few years back! 
I put a lot of miles on my C6 taking it to Able (to fix stuff I broke) and to Synergy in Fremont. Let me tell you what I really, really liked about Rick, aside from his obvious skill at tuning . . . he knew what I did with the car (as did Abel), and more than once he subtly talked me out of spending money that wasn't going to translate to anything satisfying for me.

+1 for Matt. I had him street and dyno tune my car. Not only did I gain peak power, my whole driving experience got better. My idle, launch and power throughout the rpm range are way easier to control now, especially in 1st and 2nd gears . He also knows Rich @ Abel, so if you get work done to it, Abel can get your tune info if needed. When I was searching for a tuner it came down these same 2 guys. Seems like either way you go, you're in good hands.
