Which one are you referring to?

Still trying to make a decision. Any other input from other shops?

Another vote for Classy Glassy in Antioch. Has done dozens of C7s now.

Thanks guys for the two recommendations. What is frustrating and concerning to me is the lack of timely communications. Replies to emails are painfully slow or nonexistent, no returned phone calls, etc... This makes a potential customer leary and hesitant; especially because I am not local. If communication is this difficult now, imagine if you have an issue after the fact that needs resolving?

California Polish and Auto Tint is still open. I drive by often. I have no knowledge of the other shops mentioned. This guy has been in business for years, which should tell you something.

Others might be just as good and I know from personal experience, with three cars, that this shop does excellent work.

I would get some quotes from all the shops mentioned and the best schedule for you and go with it.

Glass that can be removed is done so and tint is applied in a dust free room with instant adhesive. No waiting for a day or two to roll down the windows, like the cheap places. The tops of the roll down glass is shaved so as to not have a feelable edge.

You get what you pay for in this field.

Experience and top quality products reign.

Default window tinting

Has anyone ever had Ron's Window Tinting in Lodi do any work for them? I've heard good things, he quoted me $275-300 for just the rear window on my C6, with a lifetime guarantee. He said he's been in business for >20 yrs.. thx

That is crazy expensive for just the rear.

I had my whole C6 done for $300 , as a repeat customer, 6 years ago. At California Polish & Auto Tint. And they are not cheap.

But maybe 6 years makes a difference, but it still seems out of line for the rear.
