I honestly feel the Walmart in Natomas would be a better met up spot.

I-80 / Truxel Road would be a better met up place since there's a Starbucks there also for anybody who need their coffee.

Can we get a head count who's leaving from sacramento?

The reasoning to meet at the park-n-ride is that it's the point that both Hwy50 and I-80 converge so no one has to go out of their way to meet.
I would think it would be better for you not to go all the way out to I-80/Madison from Elk Grove as well.

There is a Starbucks at Capitol/Enterprise right there also on Lake Ct.

Yes, giving both groups 20-30 minutes to get there from the I-80/HWY50 meet spots.

I couldn't find it on google map. FYI.. I'm new to the Sacramento area and don't travel much other then work and home.

Its off the W Capitol exit off 50 West.

Across from the Chevron.

Zoom in on maps in Sattelite view you will see it.
