Default American Auto-X Series

For those of you that missed it, we had an event last weekend at Crows Landing Air Station. This is the premier autocross site in northern California. Top of 2nd gear in a c5z, and man is it a blast. But don't worry, were having another event in 2 weeks on June 6-7.

Since some of you might want to see what AAS is like vs other clubs, these were what the courses were like this last weekend.

Saturday:

Sunday:

Hope some of you guys will come out and enjoy the next event.

I do both, but there is no comparison between how much MORE fun road course events are than auto x. I enjoy both, but if I had to pick one or the other, auto x would lose big time. I want to make it out to more AAS events, but holiday weekends are booked for us.

Im with you on the open track stuff. I plan to buy a trailer next year and start hitting the open track days hard. Also, didnt mean to disrespect any of the racers here.

I'm going to Sonoma Raceway on Monday but I must say this auto x event looks awesome. Great location, safe, I'll definitely make it out next time. Keep me informed of the next event. Defly interested.

AAS is an awesome group of racers and the site at Crows Landing is huge, flat and totally safe. I honestly wish I could make their events, but this year every single one of them fell on a holiday weekend, track day weekend or our Corvette club's auto x weekend.
