My car was stolen last night and is probably in Oakland

The Brentwood PD officer who took the original call did however say he would be willing to possibly give it a try to see if something pops up.
What might end up being very interesting is that I found an empty 7-Eleven coffee cup in the bed of the truck while waiting for the locksmith yesterday. I'm hoping there's a slim chance the a**holes who did this were dumb enough to have carelessly left it there but the more likely scenario is it was from the tow truck driver who had been there earlier when he was getting ready to put both the truck and trailer on a flatbed and take it to the impound lot. I'll still see if I can talk Brentwood into at least taking a shot.

Fortunately I also have the black car which I bought from my friend in Arizona (it's basically a slightly slower version of the red car) so I'm hoping to be back relatively soon.
While the doors of the trailer are seriously jacked up and don't close properly, I'm sure I'll find a way of improvising.

Sorry to see this Christopher!
I opened this thread hoping it would end well, and then this.
Unfortunately as you know, Oakland.....stolen cars not a high priority.
Sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry to see how things ended up for you and it's to bad you had to go through this, sad day. It never ceases to amaze me what the low life's of society will do.

This kind of thing really pisses me off, hopefully that coffee cup gives them some info.
Sorry for your troubles, hopefully your next car helps you forget this happened.

Christopher Hate to see what happened to your car. Hope the black car will be ready for Vette Magic this year. To bad the thief didn't go up with the car.

The track photographer sent me this a few hours ago which was taken this past Saturday morning and I'm hoping it's how I'll remember it, rather than as a burnt out shell.

Christopher, I'm so so sorry to see this. I know the blood, sweat, and tears that you've poured into this car. I hope you have the energy to rebuild.

LS2s and LS3s are one thing but if someone shows up with a swap with an LS7 I'll be sure to take a closer look.

I never met you but I really feel for you. When I saw the first pick I actually gasped, and then got angry as hell, so sorry man.
