Where did the tow yard find the burn at?
My guess is the LS was yanked near by? pushed it and torched it?
Had my TBSS stolen in LA last year at my sons college graduation, effin sux. I hate theives.

We should deal with thieves harshly!
Kinda like the old school way, steal something and lose a hand.
This though is probably not practical, we would than have to support the suckers.
