It is just outside of Groveland on Hwy 120, but 140 and 41 are still open and so far the smoke has not had a large effect on the park. But that could change any second if the wind starts blowing east.
If you decide to go check this site Yosemite National Park Conditions

41 was partially closed (one way) for road repairs from the mudslides a few weeks ago.
Should be completed tomorrow.

None the less if this one gets a good hold they WILL CLOSE 120. Even for a little smoke.

UPDATE.

A new fire started at 4:29 p.m., located in a heavy timber area on the Groveland Ranger District, Stanislaus NF, S. of HWY 120 and W. of Buck Meadows Station.
It was first reported at 10 acres, is now at 35 acres with a “dangerous” rate of spread and spotting. This is an area designated as state responsibility, meaning Cal Fire has the lead. Firefighting assets are responding from multiple agencies. The Stanislaus NF has the Groveland Ranger District Hotshots, 2 engines, 1 dozer, and miscellaneous overhead helping to fight the fire.
A full response is in effect: a road closure for Highway 120 - E. Sprague Rd to Hells Hollow; and an
evacuation for the community of Hells Hollow.
An evacuation center will be opened at the Groveland Community Hall after 8 p.m. For more information, visit: http://www.fire.ca.gov/ or call.

Latest is the fire has grown to 200 acres.
The good news is that CalFire is in charge.
For those that don't understand the importance, the "Rim Fire" was commanded by USFS.
And we all know what a disaster that became.

The news said they're expecting Thunderstorms in that area the next couple days too.

Aka Big Creek Fire, has been contained at 150 acres as of this morning.
Those boys were hitting it hard last night.
Hopefully, the winds will be in their favor today.
