Alky control kit please help
This is about as silly of a question as it gets, but with a Alky kit from ECS what do I run as for fluids? I have seen people referance 50/50, boost juice, etc.... Once in place I'm just curious what the hell I put in there. Haha Anything better then the other?

Methanol is the primary ingredient. You can run straight, or 90/10 or 80/20 or 50/50...you get the picture.
When referencing a mixture or ratio, the other fluid is generally water. You would need a special tune to account for your alky kit.
If power is your only concern 100% straight is the best approach. If some power with added safety is your purpose then a mixture is a better alternative.
Safe tunes can be made for either choice if you have the right tuner.

Thanks Tom and Terrance. Your correct T 100%. I called ECS and they told me I can get it at the track, a VP, or Amazon. I am looking now. LOL

I get mine from ERC (http://www.ercracingfuels.com/) in San Lorenzo. I have a 5-gallon jug of the juice

Im in Tracy so no matter what it is a road trip. My ALKY kit showed up yesterday. Now it is time to install everything and see what this C7 can do. Glad I have options for methanol.

I have no idea what Van De Pol sells it for though. I always got mine at ERC because I spent more time in the Bay Area than Stockton.

Just got some Methanol from Kaading. They sell 5gal @$5/gal $27 and some change after tax for the 5 gallons. I bought my 5 gal jug on amazon, but they sell jugs there as well
