Default New to the Bay Area Need Help!!!

Im new to the bay area Moved up here from So Cal and Im looking for a great mechanic that specilizes in Corvettes. I had a great mechanic in So Cal (American Heritage Performance )that specialized on corvettes so I was spoiled by having a great Mechanic.

Im in the East Bay but Im willing to go north south East or West if they are a great shop and trustworthy.

My car just spend close to 6 weeks at Abel having carbon ceramic ZR1 brakes done along with spherical bushings and a stage 3 ARE oil system done.

Abel takes great care of their customers.

What part of the east bay are you in?

I did see an ad for Precision Motive What is your opinion on them? They look like a vette Shop.

Im in Fremont, I havent had much luck or trust when it comes to dealerships in the past, Ive had a few do me wrong so im very cautious now. I want a Mechanic that knows Vette's not just anyone that works on cars. A Chevy Dealer would be nice if they are trustworthy and do good work. I will read reviews on Abel Chevrolet and do some homework before I take it anywhere. Is there anywhere else? Do any of you use Borelli in San Jose?

Donr waste your time going anywhere else but Abel.
They have 2 of the best corvette mechanics in the west coast.
People as far as San Diego Las Vegas Oregon bring their cars to Abel.

Yes some while might be closer. But non will be better.

Come to the Abel show and you will hear from many people that Abel is the only place to go.
They are corvette racers that know our cars the best.

We're in Vegas right now getting set up to race Richie's Z06 rumblebee at the optima street car challenge.

See you at Abel.

Abel is not like any other dealership I have ever seen. There service pricing is excellent, they install everything from crate engines to dry sump systems to roll bars. The service manager (Rich) is a highly skilled road racer and all around great guy. Do yourself a favor and take your car there.

Are you riding the sphericals on the street. If so any input. I wanted to do so but am shying away cause I understand them to be harsh on a street car. Thanks for any input.

Op
Abel is fantastic.
So is synergy motorsports in Livermore
And so is performance in-frame tuning in Napa.

I actually haven't driven it on the street yet. Lol
I'm sure it will be stiffer but it is a sports car. Give me a week or 2 and I will have some feed back for you.
