Looks like the vette sold today! Anyone from the forum? I find it strange that it sat there all these days and 1 day before it sells. Coincidence? Perhaps. Anyways. On to the next one :-)

Hello Fellow N Cal members,
I am considering buying a C6 vette. Considering I am new to Vettes I was looking for some help. I am considering a vette at a local dealer I test drove and it seemed ok. However at certain times it seemed like I heard the vehicle misfire. Not sure if its the NPP exhaust fuse removal effect or an issue. The vette is low miles for the age and the car fax and GM report says that is has got few work done on it under warranty.
The dealer is willing to make a good deal on it. I am just hoping someone who knows vettes well can test drive it or see it to give me opinion on if its a safe buy or not.
Appreciate anyone who is willing to help PM me. I am in the SF Bay area - tri valley area in the east bay region. (Dublin)

I just ordered a 2017 C7, and traded in my 2012 C6 at Boardwalk. It is Supersonic Blue, AT, 3LT, 20K miles. I did Museum Delivery, and it is in excellent condition.

Several years ago there was a member that wanted some help looking at a really nice C6 at the local dealer here in town. Since it was close I went and checked the car out for the guy. So many issues with this -nice- car the guy didn't even want the car after I took a quick look. Someone takes a quick look,it passes this simple test then take the time and have it inspected by a pro. You might want to keep this in mind when the next car comes up.

Raider, why are you getting rid of the C7? I remember checking it out at the bowling alley with another vette owner and you met us outside.
