Default Question about replacing C5 AC Temp Actuators

Good morning everyone. I wanted to see if someone here could provide some insight.

I just replaced both AC Temp Actuators and they seem to be working but the driver's side doesn't open all the way when I turn the dial to 60 degrees.

I have reset the AC unit multiple times by pulling the #27 fuse and leaving it out for over a minute.

Here is a link to my original post with a video on the last post that shows what I am talking about.

Any ideas?
