Default Doug and his Mesothelioma

so how long do you figure Doug is going to be on TV, advertising for some lawyer's office who is bringing suits against industry because of Doug's mesothelioma?

This guy's face has been in those ads for years now!

I feel bad if he in fact has the disease, yet one has to wonder about the single and continuing purpose of using him for such advertising.

I wish he would die already. Him and his lawyers.

And then there is the ones that advertise in Nashville about sueing semi-truck drivers for everything because they are the dangerous drivers out there. I hope they all die in an accident caused by the lawyer on tv that goes after the dr.'s for causing this, that, and everything else that is wrong in your life.

Worst idea ever, letting those bloodsucking leeches advertise.

Like the saying goes: there are only 2 lawyer jokes, the rest are true stories.

The ones that get me even more revved up are the "Social Security Attorneys", who want to sue the Gov't. to "get you the benefits that you DESERVE".......

It's kind of funny how some peeps bitch about lawyers and blame them for everything under the sun, and then run to a lawyer as soon as they or someone in their family gets injured by some bonehead who runs a stop sign or whatever.

I don't imagine ole Doug is with us any more.

About 90% of those diagnosed with mesothelioma are dead within 6 months of diagnosis. The rest?. It's just a matter of months after that.

Remission is almost unheard of.

I do get tired of seeing all the commercials for every disease/injury/whatever and saying you may be entitled to compensation. Got to wonder how many people go for it and what small amount of any settlement they actually receive after lawyer fees?

Doug's probably dead, but the good news is that his wife and his ambulance-chasing lawyers are living the good life

I like the commercial that tell people they can settle their tax debt for pennies on the dollar. I file on time every year and pay the full amount. Why should some bastard who couldn't bother to file for eight years get a break?

Do away with advertising for lawyers and drug companies.

Main reason my tv never comes on during the day. The POS blood suckers make me sick. Morgan and Morgan must be on 200 times a day in my area.
