Default AnnualCreditReport.com

Just did it. Once a year is free.

The ONLY blip is a $25 non-payment from my pain doctor...and that they'd never told me I owe them a lousy $25.00. I'll have to call tomorrow and complain about it. My credit is dipped because of $25? Really?

I got all 3 reports, just that, the reports, no "score"
For the "score" they want money for...weird...why do they charge for the score and only give a report.

I was kinda shocked what was on the report, quite thorough.
I'd give myself a loan...lol.

Scores are mostly meaningless anyway, lenders look at the total package.

Your FICO score is sold by the FICO company, they don't do freebies. So that's why any website that can give you your FICO score charges for it, they're just passing on the charge from FICO. They can't just spit out a number, that whole process is proprietary and trademarked.

Rather than do all at 3 at once you should run a different report every 4 months.

You get the benefit of checking your report three times a year for free rather than just once a year. This way, you have three opportunities a year to see if there are any errors and correct them.
