Default Livernois Motorsports 400ci Twin Turbo SVT Raptor

Several months back, I posted some photos of a 2011 Raptor that we were doing a full build on.... Well here it is!

Every so often I see a vehicle that places me in a state of awe and this happens to be one of those times.

What you have created is really cool, but it seems to me that you had to change everything that makes a Raptor a Raptor to make it any good. You had to brace the frame that's known for bending, you changed out all of the special Raptor suspension, you changed out the Raptor fenders, and it took twin turbos to make the thing move. You all did a wonderful job and obviously have top-notch fab, body and engine guys! However, it makes me continually more unimpressed with what Ford put out.

Have you thought about doing a build on a Silvy? I'd love to see what could be done with a 1500 Silverado starting with the 6.2L L92 or a 2500 with the LML D'max.

OK but did you figure out how to keep the frame from bending?

I'm guessing that's what their frame reinforcement kit listed on the spec sheet is for. That said, you'll find a way to bend the frame on anything that heavy if you drive it the way Ford advertises that you can without a full cage that extends to all the suspension pickup points.

I'd hate to have to work on that engine.. the turbo's and headers completely block the upper half of it.. (valves, injectors, plugs etc)...

Thank you for the kind words!

We'll build anything our customers ask for.

The suspension was changed out to lift it and add the larger wheels and tires.

When finished, the truck got loaded on a plane and headed to Qatar. I'm sure it'll be fun in the desert over there

I hate those trucks, I think they are corny and of little practical value.

But THAT truck is SICK, I love it.

Ask and you shall receive!

These photos were before the lights were installed on the bumper and before we did some finishing touches

Very clean build! What's it cost to build something like that $100-125K?
