Trade or for sale threads

If you want to trade your car, you have to place a value on it. Same holds true if you're selling it. Posts without a price listed will be locked.

Thanks in advance for following the site's guidelines.

WTT (want to trade) thread requirements

This section is designated for C5's for sale.

While the forum permits threads proposing a trade for a C5, these are the guidelines that will need to be followed:

Members must state in the thread what they are trading, and exactly what they want in exchange.

In the narrative, the member should add the specifics of their trade, and what they are seeking to make the deal come to fruition.

Broad statements such as, wanting to trade for a C5, or will consider a C5 in trade, will not be accepted, and the thread will be moved to the "Other Cars," for sale section.

I am also looking to BUY a C5 ALSO....

Since my thread was moved here. I will only look at C5 postings in this Section ONLY..

hope no one loses a sale because of the move of my trade thread.

Really nice car... both of them. It's a shame they moved your thread. Should have been more specific about what you wanted. Maybe if you had said that you wanted a 1999 C5 coupe with 72,563 miles with silver paint with a few rock chips on black leather with one cig burn with an auto, bose, made on a cloudy November day when there was light rain in Bowling Green. Maybe that would have been specific enough. Of course that would have narrowed your potential trades down to zero. Too bad.

Here is an REAL example. Since someone moved my Belair thread. I DID NOT LIST MY CAMARO on this SITE.

NOW, I HAVE A DEPOSIT on the Camaro from an ebay buyer. This forum missed out on the Camaro. LS Supercharged conversion... 6 speed.... bummer people.
