opinion on buying high mileage chevy/gmc truck/SUV
now that I have my new c7 and realized I rarely will be driving my c5z anymore decided to sell it.
I also recently changed my job/life situation again and having an SUV/truck would be a good idea.
I trust GM products more than any other brand, plus I am familar with their motors and they are easy to work on.
Would you buy a 2009+ tahoe, denali, escalade, etc; with 80-120k miles on it ? I work at a shop so I can fix whatever for cost n no labor. Just curious what everyones thoughts are/opinions. I also get bored of things fast so getting a higher mileage one would lessen my potential hit in the future.
I am really jus thinking out loud to be honest. Input is welcome especially first hand experience if you own one of these !
thanks !

ya my buddy that i work with has a 4.8 silverado with 230 on it he got it with 200 i think
its so interesting how you could buy one of these with that high mileage and be fine yet if you go near a range rover, or anything british or german with higher than 50k (and your not the original owner) your asking for trouble

Great trucks.
If you find one that didn't haul workers or kids, it will likely look like new inside.

We have a 2002 Trailblazer LTZ with 217,000 miles on it that we bought brand new and a 2009 Silverado that we bought new and it has about 52,000 miles on it now.We recently had to have transmission work done on the Trailblazer and that cost us over 2k. However, since you can work on vehicles, I say go for it!
