Here is elapsed time versus speed for one complete lap in less than two minutes, in the middle of a session. Eagles Canyon Raceway at Decatur, Texas.



This is with my 2012 Ariel Atom 3 demonstrator/company car, and it is huge fun!

Is under two minutes great or average? Is your Atom still for sale?

The owner and the instructors have all told me that anything under two minutes is fast, and I have a personal best there of 1:55.6. I think, without looking it up, the above lap is 1:57.9.

I have sold fifteen of the Ariel Atoms now, and are again sold out, but I have a place in the build queue scheduled for August build and September delivery for one of the first 2015 Ariel Atom 3 cars, and it is not reserved/sold yet.
