I went to the dark side
I had been in the market for a Viper for some time. I went to a dealership who had this one listed for sale. I really had no intentions of buying it but to my surprise they actually gave me what I needed on trade for my car. So after three Vettes, I wanted to see what the Viper was about. I will miss the Vette and it was hard to let her go.
So the Viper is an 05 with 9500 miles.

that is one sharp viper!
one of my favorite iterations of sports cars--the last of the generation that uses a mostly round, curvy body style. to much edgy, sharp-lined angles used nowadays on other brands, including vettes. i like 'em ROUND!

Congrats on the snake and welcome to the club
There is a huge Viper event coming up in TX in October, I think. You will be able to run it on the new COTA track as well as the strip. See you there.

I don't like all the bs going on in the club right now, I joined the VOA and like it better. Not really a club guy but driving on some great tracks and hanging with other snake folks for a couple day is cool, but, hey that's just me.
