Leased this for three years

Figured by the time the lease is up it will start breaking down and I will be able to pick up a nice used C7Z06

The new F-Type coupe is really attractive looking but the most potent engined model is SO expensive too. A little on the heavy side for their size as well but fine lookin' cars for sure.

This car feels as fast as my 08Z up to about 60-70, and a lot of mags are getting 0-60 in the 3.6-3.7 range. However, once the Z hits 3 rd it would walk this car. Even though I have the 552 hp model it's way too heavy.

I got it for the looks and sound. But it's no track day special.

Yea would have been like a 30 roll, so that would have been to 60 very soon after that. My car is Intake/headers/catless x pipe/tune/etc on it.

The Jag lease finance company should send you an xmas card thanking you for renting their car for a few years.

(Nice car though!)

Congrats! One of my favorites. Would you mind sharing the lease rates on it?

Unless you pay cash which is beyond stupid, you are still renting the car regardless. Leasing is the smartest route in his case by FAR.

Love that car. Beautiful, and by all accounts it drives well and sounds fantastic.

Especially since their resale values will probably be crap like all the previous Jag sports cars.

Maybe, but Jaguar is making products these days that are much more dynamically impressive than anything they made in the past. Quality seems to have come up as well.

If the apparent improvement in quality turns out to be real, resale experience should improve.

In terms of the overall package, the F-Type in particular seems to be a step above anything they've made before.

Gorgeous. But Yellow calipers on a Red car? It's a color disaster...
