Default Lamborghini Huracán!! 0-60 2.5 sec / ¼-mile: 10.4 sec @ 135

How will the new Z06 perform against Lamborghini Huracán with +48hp and +237 lb-ft?

C/D TEST RESULTS:
Zero to 60 mph: 2.5 sec
Zero to 100 mph: 5.7 sec
Zero to 150 mph: 13.3 sec

the huracan is underrated as **** and makes about 600+ rwhp on the dyne and a curb weight of 3400lbs.

impressive. The trap speed does not jibe with the stated specs, so either the car is underrated or C&D was given a ringer

I agree. I can't remember what other car magazine tested the huracan but they didn't get 2.5 seconds to 60.

I have to disagree with this statement......... nothing personal

However...........

The physical difference seen in .5 seconds in a 1/4 mile race is measured in bus lengths

Car and driver test of the Lamborghini resulted in the car breaking and an identical car being available as it probably was a ringer.

Great vehicle but it smoked its big brother and Lamborghini own performance stats.

Just something to consider

This. AWD and double-clutch transmission will make it very hard to beat in 0-60 and likely even 0-100 acceleration tests.

In a rolling race the Z06 with the A8 would be an interesting race but off the line it has no chance. Those numbers are significantly better than the 458 Italia. They are probably even better than the Speciale i have not seen those yet.

Auto Bild did a test resulting in

0-100km/h(62mph): 2.9s

1/4 mile: 10.65s

I dont believe 2.5 0 to 60 something is fishy.135 trap speed seems really high too.And 10.4 all stock would really impress the daylights out of me.

Autocar tested it and got 0-60 time of 3.2 seconds and with only 413lb/ft ALL those figures look like COMPLETE BS
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a 3400lb car to 60 in 2.5 secs with ONLY 413 lb/ft
And remember a Porsche 918(also awd) with 928lb/ft total and 450lb/ft at ZERO rpm (electric motors) runs 0-60 in 2.5sec

If anything is amiss it would seem as if all of the results were equally shaved

I am old school but some numbers do not change. IMO a 1.40@60 Ft and a 140@1320ft equaled a 9. something ride. (The minimum needed for a good Mexican street car)

Lamborghini Huracan review - has the raging bull been tamed? - YouTube

I agree beautiful car no doubt but the 2.5 0-60 and the tq#'s with the 3400lbs just don't add up...Did any one notice the wheels they look almost identical the wheels on the C7 Z51.
