A relative just bought a restored 63 Impala. I thought I'd get him some manuals for Christmas and noticed that they only sell a 63 Supplement. Looks like I also need a 61 service manual. Correct?

Is the 63 supplement much use without the 61?

My SWAG is that the supp covers any material changes from 61 such as 327, 409 for instance. Aside from appearances, basically same car.

Me, I love 59-65 Impala's whereas most people seem to like 55-57 B-A's.
Talked mom into a 63 SS. I bought my own 62 bubble top. Great styling cars that sold like hot cakes back in the day.
