I have found three under $55k, very tempting. I would have never considered this car at $75k but $55k? hmmm.

New Z28 for $53K? Dang, now that's a bargain. Still waiting to see how the Mustang 350R turns out at detroit.

GM may be trying to capture those Mustang buyers by discounting it heavily before the new Mustang is released. That, and it's not selling at anywhere near list. There's a lot of us out here ready-to-buy something new. We just haven't pulled the trigger.

I think I will like the 350R better than the Z28, but it will surely be quite a bit more expensive than $53K that you can get a Z28 for (I guess limited time only?)...

I think this Detroit auto show is going to be one of the best ever.

Understand that the ones at $53k-$55k are the ones with no ac. The ac cars are $55k+. The incentive is an across the board discount for cars that have sat on the lot for a period of time. The discounts aren't specific to the Z28.

Ive seen a couple in person and the Z28 is an impressive, no frills car.

If I recall correctly, the Mustang 350 is going to be priced around $53K. Ford is looking to bridge the gap to the GT500's price.

Cool thing gm is running the discounts across models like the z28...

It's a quick 2 week sale to end the year well. I'm impressed and that z28 or ZL1 is a hell of a car...

Ya I was more specifically talking about the 350R that will be revealed in Detroit in a couple weeks. It should have a lot of the type of upgrades found on the Z28 and hence higher price. Most are expecting a little more aero, sticky track tires and carbon ceramic brakes.

Yup.

That's what I am expecting. Curious to see what they will price it at.

Ford gt with flat plane crank midship to be shown at the Detroit show next month should be insane.....meanwhile at average guy pricing...the gt350, z28 and hellcat are cool as hell...

The two week 20 grand discount for the z28 is awesome....but only for the air conditioning models...

No a/c is ridiculous in my opinion...
