Right!
For 2015, the price drops by $15,000, so the Viper is even more of a deal than before.

We should see some real banging this summer (The Ring is the natural place!?)!

Nothing even remotely obsolete about either of those. The Viper, especially in TA trim, remains one of the most track-focused production cars on the planet, while the GT-R is easily one of the most competent street cars with its combination of AWD and DCT, not to mention the capability for adding (and harnessing, more importantly) mega horsepower levels. The Z06 has high expectations riding on it and I do expect it to deliver on that promise, but the competition is alive and well. These are undoubtedly the best times to be a sports car fan.

This forum has gone to hell because of fanboys such as yourself, I'm done giving you want you want, which is a response others should do the same.

Don't feed the fanboy... doesn't the wing and disc loaded exhaust on the car in his avitar(I didn't know people actually bought that crap when it was out 15 years ago) tell you enough?

If you comparing those six figure $125,000-$150,000 cars to this under $80,000, yes I think that GM made them obsolete. Time for Datsun and Dodge to come out with a new model. Both manufactures are building way over priced cars that don't seem to even offer a realistic performance vs dollar value.
