Default Our new Impala

We needed a new work/family car to replace our CTS Wagon (lease was up) so I called the guys I got my C7 from and they had this leftover 2014 LTZ with a very nice deal on it. So, here it is in all it's glory....Red Rock Metallic with gray leather, loaded to the gills. A really nice car and HUGE inside (way more back seat room than our CTS wagon.

Jimmy

Had to put one of just the Corvette!

Why? Because 4 guys are pissed off that all the Viper/Hellcat/ZR1/GT3/GTR bench racing comparisons to the C7 Z06 got moved here? Which wouldn't have happened if the C7 Z06 section had not become the VIPER/Z06 section (because there's ZERO traffic on the Viper sites, as admitted by several Viper owners, so they came to a Corvette site to talk about....their VIPERS, which qualify as "other cars" on a Corvette site). Just sayin'

Thanks guys. It is a wonderful car, if anyone is looking for a great family/business car, this is it. I would recommend avoiding the 4 cylinder, it is coarse and while not exactly slow, it's not going to be called quick by any stretch. The V6 is very quick and also quieter and MUCH smoother than the 4. Interior space is HUGE as is the trunk. Handling is exceptional for a big front drive car, tracking is precise, steering is nicely weighted, and body control is really good...no floatiness, very European in feel. My only complaint is the Goodyear RS-A tires. They are just horrible...lots of tread noise, lots of "slap" going over expansion strips and such, and from experience, they will only get worse as they wear (I had a set on a Passat wagon and ended up replacing them when they still had probably 60% tread left because they were SO noisy).

I really like this 10th gen Impala.

I never considered buying an "Impala" in the past but Ive had a chance to drive this a few times during recent rentals.

Its, roomy, has a nice interior, plenty of trunk space, good on gas and looks sharp.

Jimmy, lemme know when you wanna sell.

I'll buy it if I havent bought one already.
