Just saw the release info on the new Ford GT (mid-engine, V6, 600 hp) did Ford beat GM's C8 to the punch?

Yeah, they beat them to the punch back in 2005 with the last GT.

I heard it's a mid year 2016 release. Has anyone heard pricing?
