Hi, Les,
Life IS treating us well. We have been, and continue to be, very blessed, much more than we deserve.
Ercie and I are road racing our Ariel Atoms (and selling them) and having a blast!

Thanks for the kind comments, and hope you are well and happy.

I'm happy to hear that you and the bride are both doing so well. As I recall, Ercie was pretty much a fixture on the racing team. I'd say you've earned your happiness. I watched the video- I didn't know you could turn too. Pretty darned well in fact. It's good to see you out there doing some apex hunting. Those Atoms are impressive little cars. I've seen a few of them in spins, so I know it takes a little bit of skill to run that fast.
The wife and I are retired, living in a beautiful country setting, and are very involved in the car hobby. Very happy indeed- thanks for the well wishes. Keep on enjoying!

Pontiac fuel dragster- I built my own chassis and sold a few chassis to other teams to support my habit.
One of my earlier builds, this one on gas, not as pretty as the later ones, but it did drop the NHRA record from 9.40 all the way down to 8.84.
Earlier still, as an unblown gasser. Cushman motor scooter front wheels, hubs, and spindles, go-kart type steering. The six carburetors were fed out of the little fuel tank I built into the front engine/cam drive cover, and I pressurized the tank with that Moon air pump on the cowl. I still have the air pump, and use it to fuel my R/C planes. That's me standing, and my Buick tow/push car.

Well, there are a lot of nice cars posted here but not sure how many qualify as actually looking "mean". Undoubtedly, Eddie "FourFather" Hill has the meanest of them all and is most likely the fastest man on this forum.
I'm a hot rod guy though and am kind of partial to '33/'34 Ford coupes. This is my old '34 three window that I had a few years ago. I have another one now I'm building with bigger power and of course, a blower.
Hard to beat the ol' 15OZ Couple for shear badassery though.
