Default Looking for 53/54 chevrolet pickup

Hello all, just sold my 77 vette. The only way i was allowed by my youngest daughter (14 yrs old) was to agree on getting her a 53/54 chevy pickup. Looking for a project. Must have decent frame. She and I will be building it together. When she's 18 then she will get it as her first vehicle. Never really was into pickup's so if anyone has any info to share, please do. Thanks David.

I suggest closing this thread and opening a new one with the correct banner - less confusion, perhaps.

I wouldn't worry too much about the frame. Find a nice body and drop it on an S10 frame for modernish suspension and brakes.

Didn't know it could be done. Thank you! This is why I like this forum so many years.
