Default Not my C7, but my 2015 Tahoe

I am very lucky, had a driver hit and run my Tahoe, sent me spinning into traffic where I was hit by 2 additional vehicles. I was t-boned right in the drivers door. Just some minor bruising. Thank god for Chevrolet Safety.... A few pics, hit so hard that there is the bottom of the carpet seen from under the vehicle, The other side has damage too, over 35K in damage

I miss my Tahoe but replacing it at 70K is just nuts in my opinion. I love the safety of it and your pictures prove it. Glad to hear you're ok.

No way they would even consider fixing that, consider it done.

Glad to hear that you're ok. My bet is that they will repair it. Cheaper than replacing.

nope, not fixing, structural total as the floor is ripped and it cant be replaced....even at that it would have been totaled. needs a frame . both unisides, front and a lot of mechanical work. Plus all the interior stuff that's broken, and that was written without cutting the door open, over 35K initial estimate.

Yup totaled, as I thought, way too much damage just from the pictures I saw to make it worth fixing.

Again, glad to hear you are ok and the Tahoe kept you safe. Sorry for the loss of the "Hoe" as I used to call mine but go get yourself a new one now.

not sure, witnesses said a truck entered traffic from my right side and hit me in the right rear, sending me into a spin, a second car hit me in the rt front after 180 degrees of rotation, then a Nissan Pathfinder dead hit me in the drivers door. Initial hit was a hit and run, they did not stop. everyone was ok in all the vehicles. I wouldn't be here if I was in an older vehicle, the safety features of that Tahoe were amazing. Roof airbags deployed allowing no glass to hit me, the seat airbags deployed acting like a hans device, cradling my torso and head. Still have some bruising on my left shoulder, but thats it.

Glad you are OK...My and still is wife has been in full size Tahoe,Yukon or Blazer since 1985 and still is today . We swap every 2 years , as we know the dealers well and take extra fine care of them and they never see the lot .
She thought she might like a smaller4x4 so I put her in a Caddy SRX
First snow storm she spun out twice on a flat highway and that was traded the next day for a Yukon .
