Its all in the eye of the beholder. For me and family we jut couldn't face a winter in say Wisconsin, couldn't do it. We are not accustomed to it, don't have the clothing for it but most of all the COLD, WET, SLUSHY roads, we would be lost. My problem and the wife's is age, cold really bothers us. It looks beautiful though.
When the cold weather snow birds show up, like now, on what is considered a cold blustery day here they are walking around in their Birkenstocks, shorts and t-shirts lol.
All relative.
The one big bugaboo for me is I am **** about my cars, I cant stand for them to even get dirty much less stay like that for months, and to put the Vette away for 4 months, would be very hard to do.
So we live here and other folks live there, what makes the world go round
