[PICS] A different style wheel for my Viper
This is my fifth SRT-10 Viper, so I wanted to do something a little different this time around, and to keep things looking a little more modern. I've always been a fan of the one-piece concave directional wheel style, and while there have been wheel manufacturers that have offered cast or flow formed wheels for other applications, we've always been left in the dark with our six lug Vipers unless you step into the $8000+ market. That's just out of my price range. I found a fairly new company named Race Tech Forged out of LA (forum sponsor btw), and we discussed options for the Viper platform. They had been working on a directional concave monoblock wheel, but had not yet put it into production. We exchanged renders and I was sold. I knew it would look stunning on the coupe body. Long story short, here they are!
Let me know what you think, and send me a PM if you'd like more info!
19x10 & 20x12 wheels with 275/30R19 & 345/25R20 Nitto Invo Tires
Fully Brushed and Powdercoated Clear
All Four wheels "spin" forward! (To cut costs, other manufacturers will have all 4 machined the same direction, which means one side will spin backward - LAME!)

I like the attention to detail but directional style wheels are a bit too retro for me personally. I'd prefer straight spokes and 19s all around for better tire choices. Note even the latest ACR Exreme Aero comes with 19s.

Nice 2006, wheels are a big improvement over stock.

Do like much. Great wheels on there. I would not have looked twice at those wheels if I saw them in an ad, so I would have missed out. You made the right choice.

My GOD...it's been so long since I've seen a good pic of a prior gen. Absolutely the best looking Viper ever. The GenV is garbage. I told the SRT crew straight up, the first day I saw the car at MidOhio that they dropped the ball on the new one. They went backwards! They scoffed at me and said I need glasses...lol...RIGHT.
This gen here is badass looking...WAY better.

It's fine if you don't like someone's work, but to throw your opinion in their faces like that is a crappy move no matter if the subject is art, food, a car or whatever.
