Challenger Scat Pack Opinions - Auction Prices?
Folks,
Interested in your thoughts on the Challenger Scat Pack. Looks like a bargain with 485 HP, but understand it is a boat.
Does anyone have access to recent auction prices? I am sure Scat Packs may not go through as much, but would be interested in know what they are going for. I know some went through the Georgia Auto Auction back on Dec 14th timeframe.
Thanks for the help!

I think it's a cool car. It's a muscle car, big, loud, burnouts, but still comfortable to cruise around it. Not an autocross winner, but a hell of a lot of fun. They can be optioned up pretty nicely too. They seem to be around $35k give or take 5k for options. Interestingly enough, everything fun is right around that price range.

I bought mine Jan 2015
absolutely love it have put on 13k miles, it's loud with an active exhaust and muffler delete but left the resonators. A8 autos have posted 11.9 quarter miles it's fast big obnoxious I love it and so will every jerk within a mile of you in the parking lot be careful where you park oh and they hold there value very very well in the used car market though I have no idea what there going through auction for. I have lowered mine since I've bought it and put on the 22" Viper replicas I had on my Charger Daytona.

I don't know why, but I love the way those Challengers look in that obnoxious green. And I love the shaker hood on them too.

Got mine a week ago, 2016 Scat Pack Shaker, 6spd, navigation, power everything and the upgraded stereo...$43k. Not sure if you need to look too hard at auctions when the dealers will take $3-5k off MSRP and you get a full warranty. Unlike the Camaro and Mustang, the rear seat is usable for adults. The trunk holds luggage for a long trip and the suspension is set for long rides, ie the perfect GT. Pushed hard, the car actually feels lighter then it's stickered gross weight but you won't fool yourself in thinking this thing is a Lotus. No regrets on my end and I compared it to everything before purchasing...good option for those people who need near 500hp, 4 usable seats and a trunk that can be used daily.

Of the challengers that I have owned...the shakers are one of my Favorites. The issue with a Scat Pack Shaker is actually finding one. They are harder to get a hold of than a Hellcat. Regular 5.7 powered shakers...all over the place. Scat Pack Shaker? Good luck...

The scat pack rocks and is also highlY regarded by the automotive press.
I think 3 to 5 grand off a brand new model is possible.
