Excellentl! They were loud and colorful with their straight axle jacked up front ends and huge blowers sticking up high. 41 ******, 40 Fords, Henry Js, Fiats, old Vettes, 55s and 56s, twisting frames while staging...lotsa fun!

One of the "locals" from my area, back in the 70s, George Bedor. The pic, I believe, was taken at Indy, as George made the trip out there several times. He was a regular competitor at the old Niagara Falls, NY dragstrip.
