The only Porsche worth buying is a 2009+ Turbo 911 PDK.

Come tell me how stupid I am to my face at Paesanos at 2nd and Girard around lunch tomorrow.
My brand new 2016 SS will be parked out front.
Since you've been around since 2001, we probably already know each other. LOL

Given that comment, I'd say it's a pretty safe bet that you have never been on a track with a GT3.

I was obviously talking about that eurotrash Magnus and the slow junk he's wrenching on in that pic.
Sure, the GT3 posts the track times.
I don't care.
I'd rather have a big motor or boost.
The only Porsche I'd actually buy is a 2009+ Turbo with every bolt-on possible.

Worrying about how fast a Porsche will go in a straight line...even the old ones... is like worrying about how well a pornstar holds hands.
If I wanted to go fast in a straight line I'd go buy a Mustang for about $7k.

Tell me, when did I mention straight line or 1/4 mile?

Nice attempt to deflect that you made an wrong assumption and you were wrong.
But, it's all good.
At least I won't ban you for disagreeing with me like the punk girls on the SS forum did to the both of us.

You said that you would rather "have a big motor or boost" and that you "don't care" what the GT3 does on a track.
In other words, you don't care how it handles but you do care that it makes a ton of power. If you aren't talking about going fast in a straight line with those comments, what exactly are you saying?
...and I have no idea where anything about a 1/4 mile came from. That was all you.

Against my better judgment I'll ask a simple question. What assumption did I get wrong?
You said that you would rather "have a big motor or boost" and that you "don't care" what the GT3 does on a track.
In other words, you don't care how it handles but you do care that it makes a ton of power. If you aren't talking about going fast in a straight line with those comments, what exactly are you saying?

You assumed incorrectly that I was referring to 1/4 mile. I wasn't.
I don't care how fast the GT3 track times are (road course) because I prefer a large naturally aspirated engine with TORQUE and a stick for track duty.
The only Porsche I would buy is a Turbo for street duty due to the AWD, PDK, and turbo TORQUE.
