I got the equivalent of a 1lt. So it is a base model coupe with the very quick shifting 8 speed zf trans. Navigation, blue tooth phone and audio are standard.

Ill snap pics of the interior, it is nicer than any vette ive had and on par with C7s. Its shocking how similar my dads stingray and this car feel from the drivers seat looking out.

Still breaking in the engine but id say its ls1 type performance. Rated at 340hp and 330 tq. Ive seen dyno sheets with 290 Rwhp. Car weights north of 3400lbs. Its just as wide as mybut avout 3-4 inches shorter

I drove an F-Type roadster, when they first came out. The passenger compartment is "snugger" that my C-5, but they ARE a hoot to drive.

Decent power for this size of a car. I bet the interior is 10X nicer than a C6 LOL

Nice.

yeah I just traded my Z06 for a CTSV daily. Already have a 911 Turbo so it seemed redundant.

The F Type is absolutely stunning!!!! Coming out of a higher powered car such as a C6 Z06 are you regretting not going with an "S" or "R" model?? My question is not at any means a dig at you but looking for your honest opinion. Congrats on the new ride!!!

Love the F-type! Well done! Also I've been in both a C7 and an F-type and I personally think the interior is much better than the C7.

One thing that bothered me about the C6 Z06 was the long gearing...2nd goes all the way to 90mph. I found it dificult exploiting the power of the LS7. Do I miss the car in general? Hell yeah! But I free'd up some cash and Im actually leasing the Jag without putting a down. I attempted to reach out to forums and local dealers about a C7 lease and unfortunately they aren't any good.

On paper the Jag's performance is underwhelming compared to the LS7. But the noise and the way it rips off shifts are very exciting. Add in quick steering, and what feels like a stiffer chassis and things start to balance out. I can wring out the Jag more of the time and enjoy it. The Z06 would obviously be better and more satisfying around a track hands down. Classic case of "it's better to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow"

as far as Interior and tech, the Jag is an obvious clear winner. Against the C7 its a different story

My dad got a '16 stingray this past may and the interior is a major step up. Sadly there are some bits and pieces in the interior that remind you this is still a GM product. Im excited for the new 2017 C7 interior options that let you option colored paddle shifters and a diamond quilted headliner

I've thought about leasing 1... care to share details either here or via PM?

Miles per year, months on lease, payment with tax, and how much total out of pocket?

Thanks! Gorgeous car, really like the new F-Type
