She had to prove her point ...
Well me and my wife always had mustang and when I traded my gt350 for a vet she was not happy ...
she is 5 F tall and has hard time driving the vet . She likes the Shelby better and to make it worse the day we bought the gt350 we adopted a kitten and she named it Shelby ...
so now in the house Shelby is used a lot ... we got into it over the weekend and she complains she can't drive the vet bla bla bla so I told go get a car for yourself and this what she did ... came home today with her own coffee getter ... mind u we both have trucks and now extra payment grrrrrrr

You probably should have just kept it and not bothered with the corvette...
I'd say you did ok getting it back and only costing you 3 grand. That could have been much more expensive for you.

Guess I'm lucky...my wife tells me what type of vehicle she wants to drive (usually a SUV, sometimes a sedan) and I research
the best models in the segment within our budget. She tests drives the ones she likes and makes a decision.
