Default cobalt turbo ss

Need to downsize so I'm selling my 2008 Cobalt Turbo SS, excellent conditon, 30k miles, new Michelin Pilot Sport A/S, extra rotors and track pads. Great track car, especially on the technical tracks but have run it on VIR, Sebring, Mid Ohio. Hate to give it up but just don't have room here in Florida. Asking trade in price $6100. roc.linkov@gmail.com

Someone would be hard pressed to go faster for less money on a track. Good luck with sale!

Yes it's a 5 speed. I have really enjoyed this car, but need to downsize & reduce amount of "stuff." When I ran HPDEs at the Museum we used to announce at the start that if anyone saw a Cobalt appear behind them then we expected to see a pass sign, God didn't put them there! I actually got it so my "track kids" could stop sharing their 1 Cobalt which meant in reality they were also sharing my Z06. Now they have enough cars and I need to make some room.

Go post that car on cobaltss.net (also an internet brands forum). It'll sell. The LNF cars do well over there.

I had a 2008 turbo model as well. Very underappreciated car. I had a blast with mine.

by the way, when you post it over there take a look at other cars that have sold first. That thing will probably fetch closer to 8k.

Thanks I really appreciate the info and I saw that they are asking more for high mileage ones. I really got the car mostly for my "track kids" and have enjoyed driving it both on street and track but too many toys is a problem, a "high class problem" as my mother would say but still a problem.

The SS, both the supercharged version and the later turbocharged version, were all 5 speed.

edit - they did make an earlier version, which was N/A and auto. It was really just a body trim option. The two boosted models were 5 speed only.

Thanks I thought it would be a good car for my friend but he can only have an auto.
