Default The new Lincoln Navigator

What do you guys think of the Lincoln navigator concept? Lincolns president says the production model will be almost identical (minus the gull wing doors)

It will go into production around Octoberish, word on the street is a new aviator will come next year and will probably look identical

I think it's hideous but I like it

Gonna cost around 63k like the current navigator

Would be the first Lincoln SUV to not be differentiated from the Ford bodywork with lights and trim pieces.

Interior looks like an American attempt at Audi.

Those wheels are hideous and that interior will never see production.

Most people who purchase Large/Full Size SUV's do so because they need the space for hauling kids/people, gear along with trips to places like Home Depot. This looks like way more luxury and far less utility. I don't think there is much of a market for this type of SUV?? Also..... whoever designed that steering wheel should be beat with a rubber hose!!!

Yep it will.
Lincolns president said in an interview the interior is close to what the production model will look like. Lemme find it

Hate the wheels, love the rest. Makes the Escalade look like crap, which admittedly isn't very hard.

I just hope it gets a v8 still.

Wheels are ugly and would be a major PITA to clean.

We have a 2004 Navigator and it has been one of the best cars we have ever owned. The only issue so far was the AC compressor and a dead battery. The truck has been driven to British Columbia each year for the past 7 years from Miami and never missed a beat. We have been looking to trade it in for a newer SUV but after 2006 the navigator became extremely ugly. I hate the interior and dash design especially the gauges. The exterior was also unappealing and I see that hasnt changed. I think when the time comes the Escalade beats out the Ford product in every category. Also, I believe the Navigator will get the Ecoboost motor.
