Great looking truck and looks like Jeep stepped up and made some nice upgrades. I had a '12 and a '14 and lived them both, both were dependable and solid. Enjoy it!

Very cool. Congrats! My brother had a first gen and that thing was a riot. Handled extremely well for a truck and SRT motors sound fantastic. You won't be disappointed.

I bought a 2015 Jeep GC as a "winter driver" 2 years ago. Due to Jeep's "quirks" in equipment availability, in order to get a limited slip rear axle, which I feel is important in a winter use vehicle, I had to order the "off road" package......which required me to upgrade to either the diesel V-6 or the gas burning Hemi V-8 (the 5.7 liter version).

Although I don't have a million miles on it, so far, I've been pretty happy with it. I would have liked the lower stance of the SRT, compared to the "off road" suspension, but on the other hand, I've gone through some pretty deep snow, with no problem. In reality, the REAL reason I didn't get the SRT was the cost, as well as my intended usage. $60k+ for a winter vehicle didn't make sense.

But good luck with yours!!

Worried about depreciation so he goes out and loses his *** on a Jeep.

Compare in dollars the depreciation over the next few years between the C7 and the Jeep. One of them will drop like a boat anchor compared to the other.

Lots of good comments from most forum guys. The vettes are taking a hit right now and I have two sports cars. Had my fill of vettes for now and didn't make the trade based off depreciation. I Don't buy these cars to make money. Comparatively an SRT GC is holding better value compared to the vette over three years. But I needed something to drive year round and this fit the bill. In the past of the 4 vettes Ive had, the C7 has taken the biggest hit in depreciation. I good a good trade value and gained a hot rod SUV.
Cheers

Very nice, I have always loved those. I traded my C7 in for a Hellcat in November. This is my third SRT vehicle and I have loved them all. If the pattern continues I will find my way back into a Vette at some point in the future. Enjoy!

No 911 or GC SRT is going to be sold brand new at over $10K off MSRP.....so yeah, he made the right choice with off loading the depreciating anchor.

Love the JGC SRT, cant wait to drive the hellcat version. My ex GF had a 2015 and it was a blast to drive.....but saying it handled like a bigger version of the C7 is a little bit...well alot bit of an exaggeration. Not even close!
