2017 Camaro ZL1 !LE?
Hot or not?
According to MT it is more like a Z28 track weapon then an actual Zl1. It gets DSSV technology and improved aeros. Super wide cup spec tires by Goodyear. They claim it is a full 3 seconds faster around the track at the GM Milford proving grounds.
looks pretty tuff...
Motor Trends has an internet write up from the Daytona 500 viewing.

It's a helluva car. I'm looking at the regular ZL1 only because I want the A10 for long road trips. Regarding the back seats, I've checked them out and they're only suitable for kids- the headroom due to the slanted roofline/rear window area is very limited. Not critical for me but just FYI.

The ZL1 is awesome...the ZL1 1LE doesn't have the MRC shocks etc and will probably be a lot tougher as a daily driver...the ZL1 is the better daily car for the street..
I'd prefer the ZL1 over the more track dedicated ZL1 1LE...
I hate those big *** rear wings big time for the street...
That's a car that's asking to get keyed in daily use...imho

The ZL1 1LE looks even more mean and tough than the regular ZL1 but I do believe that the regular ZL1 would be better for those who do not ever hit the track.

The 1LE is really cool. It's nice that they made the ZL1 into an actual sports car, rather than the last gen which was a fast bruiser.
That said, I wouldn't buy one. And I guess that the ZL1 1le was what everyone thought was z28 mules running around.
