CTS-V vs. Hellcat Challenger
The V forums are so sleepy so I figured I'd post here.
After owning a 2015 Hellcat 6sp manual, I wanted to move to something more "me". There were unbelievable deals last autumn on new Z06's ($15k off sticker) but I didn't get to drive one, just a normal C7. It was nice, but very under powered (relatively speaking) at 6000ft since I'd been driving a Hellcat.
I scoured the country and decided to buy a used CTS-V instead of buying a Z06 and another small 4-door car. I'm very happy with the purchase. Of course a Z06 with a 7spd manual may some day end up in my garage.
Here's my Hellcat vs. CTS-V comparison:
And my latest reflector mod:

Interesting stuff, but it doesn't really belong in this forum.
However, this website DOES have a spot where it fits:

Love my 2016 V!! Best sedan out there. The Cadillac forums are very very slow.

I think your "ticky tack" gripes about the Hellcat are unfair. "Why is there a whistle in my $65,000 car?"
It's not a $65,000 car. It's a $35,000 car with a $125,000 car's engine in it. Much like a Corvette, you're giving up some things (interior perfection) for unreal performance/power at a more reasonable price point.
Awesome review though otherwise, thanks for the feedback. Love the CTSv
