Default Cadillac is taking a wrong turn with the name Escala.

You already have a car called the 'EscalaDE'. You've given your car a name that's going to be a search engine nightmare. Seems like a fine piece of engineering I won't be able to buy, sell or even find on the internet without wading through a mountain of Escalade ads. Speaking of; Escalade meant 'climbing fortified walls' which reflected something about the car. Escala isn't even an interesting word in spanish. Scale? Why not call it the Pala or the Tenedor if you wanted to be obtuse or boring? Only other meaning I could find for Escala was the band on Britains Got Talent. Lets put the current name Escala firmly in the category of 'not your target market'.

At the very least its like naming a new SUV the Corvet or the Amaro. Pick another name for eBay's sake!

At least it has a name. Seems like most new cars are letters and numbers.
