hi i am in the same boat. just moved to portugal with my c7 and have been trying to get an update for the navigation. However i have been told that the software update is not available here cos apparently the hardware used is different in europe from North america, therefore short of changing the entire hardware to house the compatible european software there is no way. A small ray of hope is that you might be able to get an update in north america before the car comes here, but that is not a trusted source who told me that.

i hope you find a way...cos i need one too.
