Which part? The name or the engine? I don't know about the name... but ZR1 sounds believable to me. The engine/drivetrain package definitely exists. There have been numerous spy shots all over the web and even in magazines for over a year now...

That car is going to be sooooo awesome..

By what everyone saying yes it will be the ZR1 but NOT the ZR-1
See the diff. its same as the old Lt-1s Compared to the More current LT1s

There is also talk of direction injection on the standard vette. The direction injection model will run 450 hp. Why would anyone buy a ZO6 when you can get the base unit for half the price and 50 less ponies.
